We welcome you to connect with LIFEPlan care management teams, service providers, community-based organizations, people with disabilities, and their families, as well as local and state representatives, by attending a Community Networking Event being scheduled throughout our service regions.

 Select events will feature "Unseen", a powerful documentary highlighting the lived experiences of people with IDD and their families, grounding each gathering in real stories and sharing understanding.
